A contract which I have with Cell ends 9 December 2024 I called in only to be told the dormant contract was renewed and 2 handsets were delivered

A contract which I have with Cell ends 9 December 2024 I called in only to be told the dormant contract was renewed and 2 handsets were delivered. At no point did I renew or receive the said handsets in question.
