A Contract of Fresh Air

Its not often that we commend great service as consumers however the experience I had with Cell C has been amazing, while communicating with the retentions department ,a gentleman by the name of Amith Somaroo has went above and beyond his line of duty to assist me in every way he could. We couldn't finalise my contract renewal/upgrade yesterday and he promised to give me a ring back this morning (and He did) , couldn't get hold of me and It wasn't a mission to get back to him (this is what lacks from most call centres these days). The patience he displayed during the whole process was amazing because he always had a solution to every challenge we faced (including failed Security questions lol).

Hes a man of great value to your company and I would suggest that management treats him as such because you have once again earned yourself another Cell C loyalist.
