A classic example of a CUSTOMER KING
<p>I had been calling into the call centre from Monday regarding the upgrades on my lines and was so annoyed by the service I received. On 20.07.2016 I called again and was put through a guy named Lance. This guy was on top of his game, his customer service, his knowledge, calarity and willingness to ensure that I was 1000% happy by the time we ended the call was amazing. Lance is an asset to Cell C, if everyone tokk just 1 page out of his book, Cell C would go beyond the sky. Thank you Lance, may God bless you and stay has humble and helpfull as you are.</p>
