A bunch of ******. Stay away from Cell c. Save yourself the trouble. You don't want the headache. Cell C is the WORST. NEVER AGAIN. I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH CELL C.

I recently signed up for a new contract with Cell c, when I received my phone I decided that I did not want to use a new number, but instead I wanted to use a number I already have. I tries calling in to do a number change but couldn't go through. I send them am email, stating I want to do a migration. I'm under the impression that a migration is something else. Finally one of their agents calls me and we talk about what I want to do, I explain to her that I want to migrate my new contract number to an old number that I'm already using. I explain to her that I want the new contract to be under my current number that I am using. Instead of the agent clarifying that a migration is something totally different to what I wanted to do, she goes ahead and migrates my number. She fails to tell me that migration is essentially going to add a new contract to my name. When all I wanted was a number change So I now have a second contract that I never wanted. They agents do not know what they are doing, you literally have to call a couple of times to finally get one who knows what they are doing. From **********ly adding recurring bundles to my account to intentionally doing a migration instead of a number change when I have clearly explained what I wanted to do. Cell c has truly gone to the dogs, I REGRET signing a contract with them again. If only I had known just how bad they have become I would have never signed up. Save yourself, and do not sign up with them. I promise you will regret it.
