8th June complain still not resolved

Well, after the review I wrote on the 8th June, a lady by the name of Theordore from cellc media called me. And I explained my situation then she said to me she needs to speak to legal about my account to try to sort it out , a week ago I wrote to her again to find out what is the way forward regarding this matter I got an automated response saying she is on leave will be back in February so I rep**** back does she mean next year February 2022 as we are in June 2021 February of this year has passed, till today I have to received any response. Might you I still cannot apply for any debt as they have incorrectly blacklisted me/defaulted the account. And they created this mess and I am paying for it, my credit score is down because of them. Can cellc please sort out your mess.
