I was handed over by cell c to their legal department - mmm capital. I have been in contact with a Mrs Pearl after I paid up my account in last month. She told me the waiting period will be 20 days. After 20 days I am suppose to phone her back.<br> <br> I did phone and according to her she sended cell c a mail to request a paid up letter. 3 days pass and no response.<br> <br> I phoned cell c and they said they never received a request of a paid up letter... they don't even see an account that is being paid up reflecting.<br> <br> I phone mmm capital and spoke to this Pearl lady. She told me she is now going to send them again a mail as they speak because their didn't answer her yet. I went through the whole story by phoning cell c again. Yet they did not recieve an request.<br> <br> So the consultant of cell c legal department (thobile) told me she did send mmm capital a mail. Now I am waiting for this dissapointment as well.<br> <br> Cell c and their legal department stinks.... they do not have any profession of doing a great service.<br> <br> Do not get an contract by cell c. This phone I'm paying was suppose to be a free phone. But found out that it needs to be paid. So bad network provider.
