On the 15 January 2016, I made a wrong payment to Cellc through MMM Capita. The reference I used was CC***. I payment the amount of R500 and since January I try to call cell to repay back my money. But this issues does not settle. Since this money does not belong to cellc. I will like my money to be paid back within two days I need to use it. They told be their respond time is 7 to 13 days but its long over due. I don't owe cellc anything. I settled my account with them, So I am requesting my money to be paid back. Their staff is very arrogant and they lack knowledge to resolve customers issue. Their service is very poor.
