8 months to cancel contract

<p>We have a company contract with Cell C. We are trying to cancel the contract for 8 months now. Everytime I go through the whole process and they tell me it is cancelled now until the end of the month when another payment come through. It is only R55 but one hell of a nusince to go through every **** month. This is really unexceptable now and if this contract is not cancelled in the next 7 days with written confirmation from a manager I'm going to claim back all the money they owe us and go to the nearst branch and make sure this get sorted and are willing to do whatever it takes.</p>
