I app**** for a contract upgrade on 12/08/25 and the agent encouraged me to choose the Samsung Silver colour as the Graphite is low on stock and my order might be delayed. I then placed my order and when following up today, they confirmed that this model is out of stock and cannot confirm if they will get more stock. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I think it is time I take my business elsewhere
