This is the second complaint. My first complaint was lodged on the 14th August and I have up and till now not had a call from Cell C. <br> <br> I would like to report that I have an account with Cell C. When I took out this account I confirmed that I would like a block on this account. I also confirmed with Cell C that this account will never go over R 750.00? For the last 2 months however I received invoices of over R 2 000.00 on the account. When I phoned to ask them why, I was informed that extra data was bought during the month on this account. I do not understand how this is possible, for I had a block on the account. I have paid these high amounts but I want Cell C to credit me for for that, for it is not the agreement that I had with them.
