I have been trying to get assistance for Months now regarding an account that I have been receiving no correspondence on (calls or emails). I am unable to get assistance from customer care as I keep failing the security questions. I have also been to the store a few times. I have been told that my account had been handed over to legal, I AM UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON THE NUMBER I was given. This is affecting my credit record and needs to be resolved ASAP.
