7 weeks later and no feedback from Cell C

Really ? Issue not resolved. Tired of the lies

Harassed by Cell C and no Customer Service for MonthsMost useless bunch of people! Apparently you can “work” at Cell C not do your job, harass customers and blatantly decline a customer assistance and still get paid. I’ve been harassed to upgrade, declined the offer and then got told by many upgrade consultants that they can’t assist me with my cancellation but were willing to get the sale. A supervisor of sorts eventually contacted me to investigate a few months ago and I’ve never gotten feedback. I’ve escalated to Lucky Mpofu who got Malehasa Mutsoane to get in touch, I thought finally someone was going to actually listen then Malehasa also ghosted me for 2 weeks. Eventually after many many emails Lucky Mpofu phoned me on a Friday afternoon as I was on my wait out, speaking to me like I didn’t do my job at Cell C! Yes please pay me salary to be useless!!! I asked him to investigate, he did not! I emailed the whole crew of staff not willing to investigate and it “seems” it’s ok to not provide Feedback to me, a paying customer. I was asked by Lucky what solution I expected and said that I should be credited for 4 months of no customer service but apparently that’s not a biggie at Cell C. Nothing was done to rectify my experience and I was not given the opportunity for a premature cancellation. I was continuously harassed by the upgrade department even tho supervisors confirmed my details were removed. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? It’s a joke and SO SO PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING
