7 months with the same issue, still no support from Cell C

Please refer to my previous Hello Peter posts in November 2019. Cell C has to this date not called me to help fix the issue. I still can not send a sms unless I am connected to wifi and wifi-calling is on. And then Cell C has the audacity to charge me for the wifi-calling sms’s! I get 500 sms’s a month with my package that I am unable to use. It’s been 7 months withouts any support from Cell C. Please fix this issue.
