7 months and still no response

<p>on the 31 /01/2017 I sent cell c an email regarding a consultant who didn't inform me about the correct debit order date. I asked for call to be reviewed and have my bank fees reimbursed. I was called in the 20/07/2017 by a black lady who advised me that they have reviewed the call and I was right(after 6months) she asked me to please send my bank statement as proof to show bank charges, which I sent thru in the 29/07/2017. I sent this via email . The response email from cell c says 24-48 hrs response, today is the 10/08/2017 , still nothing.... where are the workers??? Who gets paid a salary to respond to customer queries after 7 months???totally disgusting service... my name Mrs R Reddigadu - cell c contract number ********** 954</p>
