7 Day Replacement Policy

I got upgraded to a Lumia 930, within 2 days I noticed that the back button automatically presses itself. I did a bit of research and a few people have the same problem:<br> i) First they were about to replace it (take note, no damage is noted on the device).<br> ii) Then they decided to have it sent off to be evaluated (naturally I was annoyed, should it not be replaced within the 7 day period according to contract? Even after telling them about the others with the same issue?).<br> iii) Then they struggled to complete the form to send the phone back, apparently they didn't know how?<br> iv) Then the system refused to take the phone because the IMEI number is wrong, but the contract had the same number on it. Now they first have to have this \resolved"? How did you manage to give me this phone in the first place?<br> Then I had to buy a new SIM holder because the new SIM doesn't fit in my old phone"
