<p>I have a contract with cell C and have insurance for my iPhone with them. I started experiencing problems charging my phone and soon took it in to be booked at the sandton brach. I could not be given a loan phone which I thought to be strange especially given that I am on contract and have insurance.the Phone can back a week later and sadly I have taken it back because it will still not charge. I asked for the phone to be collected from my office which they did but did not say what to remove else to remove from the phone except the cover and screen protector. No word about my sim card. I called in to enquire about wht would happen to my sim card and I was tild it would be destroyed and to get a new one. I don't have a phone and now a sim card. This is a brand new phone , if it has manufacturer faults then just give me a new one and my simcard </p>
