6 year loyal customer, soon to be No customer!!

If I had the option to rate no stars, I would. I am appalled by CellC legals services. Firstly when I call I cannot get a hold of them directly, customer service needs to put a note for them to call me back, a month later and I have still not been contacted even though I have made numerous attempts (emails and calls) to contact them. I would suggest you try a different network provider like vodacome or mtn, im sure their service is better!!!
