6 MONTHS PENALTY ARREARS DISPUTE

Good day, Cool, after a 6 month dispute with their arrears, and since end February Debit order date request with a consultant to change payment dates to the 6th of each month, Cell C system still tried to take unauthorised payments at least twice a month in March, April and three times in May, which are their penalties for UNSUFFICIENT funds, the actual contract thus far is up to date and now adding this arrears to my ITC record and no service which is now suspended until I arrange payment for their mistakes. I have communicated via emails, mobile and this services to show them with their error billing invoices where they went wrong with the system. Not sure how to draw the picture anymore. So, from this month until I see a credit reversal on my revised statement there will be no service..no payment until further notice. So that will also be added to ITC. I will oay my dues once my billing invoice us cleared. We have communicated enough. All verbal communication will be ignored due to no changes made, and contract disabled no answering service. I want all in writing. My details are clear and Administration Collections dept. has all my personal and email details since end February 2023.
