6 months of incorrect debits

<p>So once again, I have been debited, despite being promised two months ago, that this matter was sorted, and that I would be refunded all my money for the incorrect debits. Not only have i NOT been refunded, once again I was debited. That makes 5 months of incorrect debits. I have emailed Diane, who I had bee dealing with, and no response. I would have thought this was a matter of urgency for her. She assured me at the end of last month, that this would NOT happen again. Im at a loss as to what to do. This is never ending. And I REALLY need this to be sorted. How can this contine for half a year.</p>
