6 months and still waiting for refund and cancellation

<p>I have being dealing almost on a monthly basis with Cell C to have my GetMore cancelled, and everytime i am tol dit is and the following bill comes and its still there.</p> <p>To make matters worst I had renewed and took a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge and only to find last week the battery is swelling and phone gets extremely hot.</p> <p>So no phone now as well . I live in the Middle East and have sent phone with my daughter to be replaced, which i purchased at Cell C Eastgate, hoping to lnot have any issues on that as well given that i have had the run around for 6 months to get a refund.</p>
