6 month old phone keyboard only working sometimes and battery problems

I bought a cell c empire at edgars promenade mall mitchells plain on the 29th of april for R2000 today not even 6 months later i am having problems with the battery and keyboard most of the time the letters g,h,v,b do not work, and the battery dies very quickly, and has started to bulge slightly this is unacceptable for a 6month old phone that cost R2000 i could have bought vodacoms smartphone for R1000 if i knew cellc branded phones were so bad
