50% promised after 3 month struggle

After my 3 months struggle with Cell C in connection with Faulse Advertising and almost no network after being said in Cell Store in Middelburg The Network is Great "cell C consultant said she's got 4G coverage. Which was another lie.I have 4 Cellphone Contracts and 2 databundle packages. After 3 months to for Cell C to make asif they care. They phone me last week and said that the 50% discount will be minimized/substrated from my latest invoice and Cell number ********** 328. All big mouth and still nothing.Cell C just don't care. End of discussion. They fool and advertise monthly deals. I downgraded from unlimited to Pinnacle 600. Because I was going to use my Data package through my VOIP calling system.charges is much cheaper but with the coverage I've got I can phone Pretoria from Middelburg and after +- 55 seconds phone drops. I hope Carte Blanche is seeing this because I'm going to mail them as well. I sick of this useless pathetic service from Cell C.why must I settle even for 50%. I have 6 Contracts with Cell C. This is because of their false marketing and poor pathetic advice to take the contracts. Never ever in Middelburg take a Cell C contract. You will regret it for the rest of your life
