My Experience with Cell:

I bough the "Home Connecta Flexi 1TB for R899" data package for the holiday from Cell C. This was by far the best option from all the networks.

Arriving at my holiday destination, Gouritsmond I did a speedtest, < 1mb per second download. Needles to say I were not happy at all.

Monday morning I got on the phone to Cell C. I got reference number with the promise that my issue will be referred to technical support. Wednesday morning a technician came out to my house at Gouritsmond, can you believe it. By Thursday the network speed was resolved to an acceptable level.

This was indeed exceptional service from Cell C
