5 MONTHS - MORE THAN 10 AGENTS VANISHING

I have been dealing with this for the past 5 months and everytime they call me they just talk and never come back to me. LAst week a certain Derrick phoned and vanished. I have 10 reference numbers with me but no one has actually done anything about it. Everytime I enquire about the reference number they act dumb and say they don't know anything about it and create a new one. They tell me someone will phone me and when they do they just don't take action, create another incident and say they'll phone back but vanish, never to hear anything from them again until I phone them again and they act dumb again, create another incident and promise to get back to me, vanishing again. I am going to create a stink regarding this. I am going to get help from the media to deal with this. I am fed up, disgusted and ****ed off with cell c. They make me sick to my stomach. I went to their customer walk in centre in Buccleuch Midrand for 3 consecutive days, no one was able to sort my problem. On the 1st of Nov I'm starting my campaign against Cell C. It's gonna be David vs Goliath.And please Cell C don't send your stupid agent to phone after reading this e-mail, they are all useless, cheats, liers.
