4th Time Reporting That I Want My Money Bac****!!

I am so livid with your *********** Call Center agents whom you hire. I have reported that you guys deducted R847.13 on the 27 of October that I don't owe you guys. Then you had the nerve to go back to my account yesterday and deduct another R695 that I do not owe you!!!! The worst is when I called this morning, your call center told me my query has never been logged and yet Danielle keeps telling me she's logged my query with your account's department. Makes sense that she didn't because she didn't even give me a Ref no. You guys still haven't paid me back last month's money and at this point I want my money back so I can cancel all contracts and cut ties with Cell C and port to Vodacom!!!!! You guys are ****en *******!!!!! I want my money!!!!
