4th hello peter complaint and still no where

I'm so angry with cell c at the moment with the total lack of service from them. I enquired about suspicious data charges and got a data validation after 3 hello peter complaints. All Sandros did was send me confirmed itemised billing sheets. He then told me if It to check the websites for the high charges I must contact another website on this link he sent me [URL Removed] I contact the website as I got no further help from Sandros nor replies to my emails. The website rep**** to say they have no idea why cell c is sending me to them as they cant tell.me what websites have charged me so much. I agree, cell c is my service provider therefore it's your job to resolve my query not pass the buck to someone else. I called in on friday and spoke to Bistone who assure me someone would call me back in an hour. It's no surprise I'm still waiting. This is truly pathetic service
