4th complaint with still no assistance

This is my 4th hello Peter complaint to you guys , still not assisted , all I’m getting is generic feedback that someone will call me . I would never ever ever recommend anyone to take out a contract with you guys . I’m still waiting for a paid up letter , 2 months later after paying off my contract . The legal department is failing to furnish me with a letter , their number doesn’t go through either . What does one need to do ?
