4G Wifi ripoff

As per my post here: https://www.facebook.com/CellC.SouthAfrica/posts/ ********** ********** 265?comment_id= ********** ********** 265&reply_comment_id= ********** ********** 265&notif_id= ********** ********** 47&notif_t=feed_comment I have since shared the post on FB and see there are many people in my vicinity having the issue. Also, like I mention, I am not slandering you. All I ask is that you provide the service I pay for. I am currently getting full signal as I did yesterday, but with an upload speed of 1.oddMbps and 0Mbps upload, I remember having more fun on my old US Robotics 33**** modem.

Please service your clients properly.

Hi DA, Yeah, that was yesterday up to a point. Maria has since went silent. I need some direction\answers please. Can you get someone senior to contact me please. Someone who is going to listen and help, not just pass the buck and say to me, CellC does not have any plans to fix our service in your area. Thank you

Hi again Cell C, I have responded on my FB post too: Good Morning. Issue still persists. Signal is full strength, Download reaches only 1.2Mbps and upload still at 0Mbps. Please do resolve this with some urgency. Remember, the issue now is NOT the signal strength as I have my poynting external aerial facing towards the area you posted in the pic. The issue is that CellC is either throttling that connection to death, or you have a general issue. Please resolve. Thank you

Dear Cell C, from a less then 1Mbps download along with a flatline upload to 9.86Mbps download and 5.36 upload, whatever you've secretly fixed on your end is working. Thank you. Now just to get the cell phone signal sorted in my area.
