4G MIFI ROUTER DIBACLE

<p>Took out a contract with Cell C for the R99 MIFI Router. What they advertised was the 4G router, however when the courier guy delivered, it was a 3G router, which I obviously returned and subsequesntly cancelled. However they continued to withdraw even though they had not delivered the 4G device as initially agreed. As it stands, they have debited R400 from my account. I went to query this at one of their outlets, where the consultant advised me not to cancel as this was a great, but to call the call centre and requst them to reprocess my initial application as the contract was still in effect. When I eventually called, the call centre agent told me this was not possible, which is confusing and inconsistant. Very disappointed..</p>
