I have been asking them for the paid up letter since from last year October, till today I have not received it and I really need it. All they tell me when I email them is that, the finance department has a backlog and need to do an allocation before they can give me the letter. They have been saying that since last month, till today I have no response from them. I just hope and wish that I will be able to one day get that letter and move on with my life 💔

If I remember correctly, once the payment is done, it takes about 7 working days to receive the letter but with you, shame it's months and months to receive my request and good with the response of saying waiting for allocation or still owing while I even sent the proof of payment to you guys, several times.

For the whole 3 months been waiting for the allocation. What's the problem if I may ask?
If I remember correctly, once the payment is done, it takes about 7 working days to receive the letter but with you, shame it's months and months to receive my request and good with the response of saying waiting for allocation or still owing while I even sent the proof of payment to you guys, several times.

Which pay over are you talking about? I mean, I would not be nagging you for the letter of I did not pay the account and like I said, I paid you last year October, already but even now I'm still waiting for the letter and truly speaking, I'm getting annoyed as your department is busy making a fool out of me telling me to go there and I'll be assisted but when I get where I was sent, no response but still take me back to your offices. I'm tired of being made a fool. Can you just send me the letter for crying out loud. 😡
