49 DAY 100GB DATA DISASTER!!!

<p>Cell C had the great special offer on in March that you can buy 100GB data and pay R1499. After buying a Cell C router and a pay as you go simcard, that was the obvious best choice. We downloaded the Cell C app onto a cellphone and followed the steps to recharge with this 100GB data deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>After paying R1499 on the 24th of March 2017, we STILL have not received any data! That means it has been 49 days since tha transaction has been made. </p> <p> </p> <p>We followed all the correct steps, sending proof of payment, emailing screenshots, talking to different call centre agents, and STILL to no avail! </p> <p> </p> <p>We are very dissapointed as this data is meant for a school to help the teachers and staff! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned often to get the problem resolved, and still no answers. The only answer we do get, is that is has been sent to the back office and they only work with emails so I am not able to speak to them. And then the next answer is that it takes24-48 working hours to be resolved! But after 49 days, my patience is up!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will absolutely not recommend Cell C and their terrible app to anybody!</p>
