48 hour wait for a consultant to call me back...
I contacted Cell C on Tuesday, 24 March 2015, to upgrade/migrate my current contract, ie. more income for Cell C. (Ref. No. ***). Was told a consultant will contact within 2 working days. I called back on Thursday,26 March to follow up, was told will investigate why i wasn't contacted. Its now Sunday, i called again... still no response. Call centre Manager too busy to talk with me.<br> <br>
