44 CALLS WITH NO REPSONSE!!!!!

From the 16 - 23 July Cell C's Collection department phoned me 44 times regarding a outstanding amount. This account was paid on the 15th of July via debit order to Cell C. I have explained the same thing 44 times to different operators, sometimes more than once to the same operator. I even called Customer Service to explain the same thing to a different department. I have send 9 emails with the bank statement showing where the debit order was paid. Still no response except for the Collections department calling me every few minutes??????
