4 weeks and counting... still no stock. Really?

Dear Cell C I signed the R99 deal in the first week in April at Cell C in Sandton City, with a gentleman by the name of Stanwin. This special came with a free LTE Mifi. It was subsequently pulled off the shelves due to demand. However, I was told by Stanwin in Sandton City (who took my app) that existing customers who signed up for it, before it was pulled, will be honoured. I am one of them. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for stock of these. I am a new customer to Cell C. Is this level of service our initiation of what to expect? You need to speak to your franchises about service and communication. This is not on! Please advise..
