4 Weeks After Line Installed - Still No Fibre Connection
Fibrehoods installed my line 4 weeks ago. Tested it to be working. They say the line has been configured and handed over to Cell C. They say there is nothing more they can do - Cell C must now connect me. I am now waiting 1 month to be connected by Cell C Fibre - worst service ever!! Nothing further happens with their *********** staff!
