4 WEEK DELAY FOR CELLPHONE DELIVERY

4 weeks ago my cellphone contract was approved by cell c. Since then I have been waiting for the cell phone to arrive at the Newtown junction branch and i still do not have the new cellphone. The consultants at the branch have continuous excuses and they continuously advise that they would look into the delay and call me back but this never happens. Each week I have been going to the branch personally and i am given excuse after excuse. This is not the service I expect from cell c and i would appreciate assistance with getting getting the phone as I have been more than patient.
