4 times, no luck to get business contract

I wanted t o cancel my Vodacom contract and move to Cell C for a business contract and make use of the buy out deal and also keep my number. I spent half a Saturday morning in the Mall to get the required documents he requested. It was clear that neither Angelo nor any of his colleagues really knew how to assist a client with a business contract. Twice I was given the wrong forms to complete and had to re-complete knew ones. Eventually I was told everything is fine and they will contact me as soon as my detailed are cleared. Angelo later called to inform that that I can only use the buy out deal on a certain contract and not the one I wanted - after spending hours in the shop explaining to him exactly what I wanted. I agreed then to let my vodacom contract expire two weeks later and I will then return to take out the Cell C contract. In the meanwhile they should ensure all paperwork is ready for signature. I was again sent back twice. By this time I was rather agitated and Angelo promised to bring all paperwork to my office to sign. I thought this was a last some good service... Angelo never showed up. Bad Form Angelo! Is there someone competent at Cell C that can help?
