4 months waiting for my claim to be proccessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>i am very much ****ed off at c surance and just so over the network and never in my life will i ever have anything to do with cell c or their **** partners. I lodged a claim in july and since then until now i have been getting nothing but dropped calls and incompetence of their call center agents because everytime i call i have to start over explaining whats going on with my claim of which in the end all i get is lies. I already paid my excess fee and was told my phones are available and will be sent to the shop where i can collect in 5 to 8 working days i waited two weeks with no word from c surance or the shop i was supposed to go collect the phones from. I decided to call c surance again only to be told the phones were not sent because they no longer have them in stock so WHY THE **** WAS I MADE TO WAIT FOR TWO WHOLE WEEKS IF THEY KNEW THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then i was given replacements phones options of which they say they are no longer in stock either so i must wait another day for more optons which just basically means they are giving me delaying tactics and when i ask to speak to the supervisor they just put me on hold and end my calls this is now November they really should warn people that thats how they opperate so that we all know that if we choose to sign up with them its on our own risk.....I have been pushed to the point of taking this up with the law because i have basically paid 1 years insurance for nothing</p>
