4 Months to find a payment! Phone still not repaired.

<p> I made a payment on behalf of my Mother for a repair on her Cell C contract phone on the 08th of August 2016. Today - 21 October 2016 the phone is still not repaired. After sending the POP to numerous email address' and physically handing the branch the payment, there was still no communication on whether the phone had been fixed. We eventually had to go into the shop where the phone was just lying there untouched and still broken. 4 months later!!! This is pathethic. </p>
