4 months and being **********

It's been 4 months and being **********. I still don't have the package that was sold to me telephonically. Endless emails and complaints even solutions and no proper feedback from the company except automated responses. <br> <br> Automated response last week Wednesday stated that the matter will be sorted and I must expect communication from one of their team members during the course of the day. That never happened and I am still waiting. <br>
