4 hour SIM Swap now 5 days nothing USELESS !!!!

I was approach to renew my contract with CELL C so happy to do. But I want to just can this now. <br> I had app**** for a SIM Swap REF*** I was told 1 to 4 hours is day 5 I followed up the next day they said they will contact me back and assist, Nothing I when the weekend to the Store in Centurion Mall @ Reds<br> They said they can see it is in working, and should be done soon. It now Monday day 5 nothing. <br> I phoned again and nothing can be done again other that they will forward my call and Someone from the SIM swap department will contact me. I was happy but want to know if I can just cancel the transaction and move over to MTN. My wife SIM swap 3 hours. CELLC is empty promises.
