4 days to blacklist phone and still not done!

My hand set was ****** on the 8 March 2015, I phoned directly to stop the sim and black list the phone. No one could help me at the time due to updates. So I received a phone call on my husbands nr at 7h30.<br> The guy said the phone is blacklisted. I went to the police station on Monday to report and get an case number. There I hear I have to have a ITC nr, so I phoned again cell c to get it. And to my supprise my handset was still not blacklisted, so I had to do it again and wait 2 days! Today I phoned again and you know what still no case on the system with the result that my phone is still not blacklisted! Really how can you tell a customer in need this!<br>
