3rd times a charm.
every other week im writing a review about this ******* *** company with their useless customer reps. Why was my account debited when i already made a payment for this month?
I know i will be charged a debit order penalty fee because that's how you guys make money right? Cancel the debit order option on my account. Im honestly going to close that bank account. You guys can kick rocks. **** you cell c and **** your dumb social media customer agents

Thank you for contacting Cell C regarding the billing query.
Please note that the last manual payment we received was on the 01/05/2023 for an amount of R439 and the payment was for April invoice. Today (15/05/2023) we debited an amount of R439.00 for May invoice. The R439 debited today includes a R70 Unpaid Debit Order Charge for the April unsuccessful debit order.
As per feedback on the previous escalation, you have been advised that customer's are billed an additional R70 for each failed debit order and that going forward you need to make a manual payment at least 5 days before your debit order date to avoid your account being debited.
