3rd time posting here and still no response

This is the 3rd time I'm posting here. The 1st time cell c responded and sorted out part of the problem they were however more worried about me replying on hello peter that the problem was solved more than anything else. The second time I posted they said someone will get back to me and 24 hours later nothing. I take it they think I have waited so long what's a couple of extra days going to do. I really need help here does anyone know how I can directly get hold of cell c in a high up management position that can assist me.
