3rd Sim Swap for the year

This will be the fourth sim swap for the year.

I went to the Cell C store in Greenacres, The Bridge, Port Elizabeth, yesterday (13th, May, 2015) and asked for my fourth sim swap, as my signal had disappeared early the morning. I went in, stood in line and spoke to the consultant. She instructed me to maybe try my sim in another phone.
I couldn't do that because my pin for my cellphone I left at home. I thought maybe I should go home and just see if it works in another phone.

I later came back to the store as it did not work by putting the sim in another phone. My signal has disappeared on my previous sims too and I had to do all my previous sim swaps for this exact reason.

I stood in line and was helped by a consultant, he asked me the number in question and gave the new sim card. He mentioned that my previous (blue and white sim card) was faulty and therefore it does not work now.

I only gave him one number, when the four hours passed I changed sim cards to my surprise I could not enter any of my apps because he did a sim swap on my second number on my contract and not the number I gave him.

This angers me as now I have to return to the store and wait another four hours.
