3rd HelloPeter complaint, still no resolution

Over 8 weeks now and I still don't have my approved phone. Derrick contacted me on 30/12 to tell me that the courier service would deliver my phone on 31/12 which was 8 days ago and to date, I have not seen or heard from anyone.<br> <br> I advised Derrick that Thursday was the last chance and if my phone was not delivered as promised, that my order should be cancelled. Could you kindly tell me if this has indeed been cancelled as when I go to another provider, I want to ensure that I am not paying for 2 phones at the same time.<br> <br> Thanks
