3rd day sim swop not done

I'm still waiting for someone to call for a Sim swop. i upgraded my cellphone and the new phone takes the nano Sim so I have to do a Sim swop. I phoned the customer service Centre on Monday to do a Sim swop they took down my details and told me that someone from Sim swop section will call me nobody phoned. I phoned yesterday three time still no call back from Sim swop section. I can't even check if the new phone works because Sim swop is not done. Ref no ***
