3RD CPMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK

THIS IS MY 3RD TIME POSTING ON HELLO PETER

for the past 3 months I’ve been going thru the most I settled my account in December but up until this day my details has not been updated on the credit bureau I’ve spoken to everyone the is giving me different information I’ve spoken to management with ****ty attitudes I’ve been using my money to call everyone from the lawyers that I was handed over to but up until this day my query has not been resolved is there a manager that can call me back I have all my email to show that i have been complaining but you guys are just ignoring me I have also emailed the ombudsman and forwarded my email without any responses if you guys are refusing to update that information on the credit bureau please pay me my money back into my account cause I can use it for something else bi have had it with your empty promises and every single reply is " we will be in touch" NOBODY IS IN TOUCH I HOPE THIS COMMENT IS BEING READ BY A SHARE HOLDER OR THE CEO because you guys treat your customers like **** I shouldn’t have to force you guys to update my information when I’ve paid the account and settled bit I have a paid up letter why is it so difficult to do your job I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours today the managers are always in a ****ing meeting , what are you guys having meetings about if your service are so ****ty I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service I’ve received from you guys I will def take this matter further I have all my correspondence that I have sent to you guys
