3G used while i was sleeping

I was not helped and the phone put down on me. I bought 3G at !9:00 to wake up to none. when asked they said i have a sms sent to me that took all my data. All my data and you allow that in the evening. There is ***** happening under your control and you will do nothing about. when asked to speak to a team leader the phone gets put down on me. This is unaccpetable. Cell C is not willing to help you just want to say hey recherge again and thats that. This is not how it work. I never sucribed to anything i have never and you are allowing other system to enter your and ***** your clients data and you will not do anything about it still. There is ***** happening in your company and you not even awear of it and me as a client has to suffer. Please can you contact me with a solution and how you going to fix this.
