36.37 GIG DATA WE PAID FOR VANISHED
My 2 yr contract expired June 2020. Noticed we jumped from 264 pm to 320. Was told it is due to the vat increase. Seriously?! Cancelled contract 14.8.2020. Migrated to pay as you go 14.9.2020. Screenshots on the app showed 36.37 gig available Sunday 13.9.2020. Monday 14th... ZERO data available. Interesting that Ayanda assured me on 14.8.2020, after I specifically asked WHAT HAPPENS TO EXISTING/REMAINING DATA??, that I would NOT FORFEIT EXISTING DATA AS WE PAID FOR IT. When I queried this on 14.9.2020 I was told I am mistaken. Where is the voice recording of our conversation of 14.8.2020??? Thanks for *****ing data we paid for. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!

23 Sept 2020, 08:58Mpho called me on Mon 21.9.2020. Apparently the app info was incorrect??? Me not forfeiting paid for data was not clarified... BUT I received 20gb which expires 20.12.2020. Thank you for the 20gb.
